    They changed some DNS stuff and basically broke the master server so in order to access the server list you need to specify a new one.
    Bring down console (`) and type:

    /cl_master "master.urbanterror.info"

    Servers will also need to be changed, so put this in the server configs:

    set sv_master2 "master.urbanterror.info"
    set sv_master3 "master2.urbanterror.info"

    And by the way this will only work on the original executable file. If you use custom executables like Mitsu's you will need to wait for him to release a fix, and use the original exe in the meantime.
