This is an interesting article with statistics collected from OKCupid from member profile essays. They took words/phrases from essays, sorted them for race, then took out the words/phrases used between races, so now we are left with these lists of the preferences that are fairly unique to each race.

Some pretty funny ones here, so of course white people mention "golfing" and "tom clancy" a lot, black people mention "playing basketball" and "rapping", Latinos mention "boxing" and "mma", Asians mention "software developer" and "noodle", so there is a lot there that conforms to known stereotypes, but there are also some pretty interesting ones I'll let you see for yourselves.

Then there are some religious stats at the bottom too thrown in there.

There are quite a few problems with collecting statistics in this way, or at least with how limited its use is. Bonus points to whoever can name the big problems with it.

well for a start, it's mainly single people (being a dating website) and most dating websites userbase is generally people from big cities, so there's a major bias towards that group of people, also "member profile essays" do people actually tell the truth or do they say what they want people to hear?

yeah, I like to think, lol

Nice ones Runa, yeah that's exactly what I was wanting
Other ones I would have accepted were:
    - Were the people mentioning the stereotype in order to dispel it (as in "not all asians eat noodles you know!") or conforming to it (as in "i love noodles!"), that's not clear from that data.
    - The exact numbers aren't shown, or even a percentages, which allows for huge anomalies. I can't help but wonder about that high literacy level of "not serious Buddhists"; maybe there was only one person who fit that category (I can't imagine it's a popular stance for someone to take) and he just happened to be very smart.

so in reality the data is very skewered, but it's still fun to look at :P

Haha yeah, well those religious statistics have been discovered in other studies too so that's fairly accurate too
