Some of you might have noticed the site was down last night and this morning. It's another installment in the ongoing saga of "Try to find which piece of hardware is causing the server to crap out".
So the last 2 times we just replaced the hard drive, but this time the hard drive failed again so the odds are pretty bad that 3 hard drives all failed within a few months of eachother, so now we replaced the hard drive and power supply. Hopefully this will be the one!

3 drives fail? wow that is mental crazy.. also sounds expensive.. locally hosted or raid 5 setup in a san?? hot swap? sas or satas? lol.

yea could be a power surge to it, did you change the sata/ide cable to the drive? if its not hotswap that is. if not check the terminals on the back of the hot swap bay for dirt.. just incase fault there as well..

sounds all good thou, so it whos boss mate
