    You are upgrading your computer???

    As long as it is a desktop (not a laptop, derp), and you have a spare slot on your motherboard (PCI, PCIe (x4, x8, x15, x32 depending on what slot the GPU requires) ), you should be able to upgrade.

    At the moment you actually don't have a discrete graphics card. You have an integrated graphics chip, which are shit for gaming.

    It is possible to upgrade it.

    You can use a program to tell you what ports you have available on your motherboard. If you can find a nice discrete graphics card that will use one of the ports you have available on your motherboard, you can buy it, put it in, then disable the integrated graphics chip from in Windoze.
